Christmas Opening Hours 2025/2026
We will be open as follows for the 25/26 festive season!
Monday 22nd - normal day with dispatches being made for order placed before 2PM.
Tuesday 23rd - the office is open but there will be no dispatches, an orders placed on the 23rd will be shipped on Monday the 29th of December.
Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day - Closed
Monday 29th - normal day with dispatches being made for order placed before 2PM.
Tuesday 30th - the office is open but there will be no dispatches, an orders placed on the 30th will be shipped on Friday 2nd January 2026.
Friday 2nd January 2026 - the office will be back open as normal.

We are only able to deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom, including the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, all of Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Isles. In the checkout process you can specify your preferred delivery method. The delivery options and the cost of these are determined by the overall weight of the order. Some options may not be available if the weight for that option has been exceeded.
As an indication, the following delivery times can be expected although we cannot guarantee these timescales as items can get delayed in transit.
UK Mainland Royal Mail Post: 1-3 Working Days
UK Mainland Courier: Next Working Day
Scottish Highlands: Royal Mail Special Delivery 2-4 Working Days
Northern Ireland: Royal Mail Special Delivery 2-4 Working Days
UK Offshore Islands: Royal Mail Special Delivery 2-4 Working Days
Orders with a net (before VAT is added) value of £125.00 will be delivered by APC to UK Mainland addresses free of charge usually next day as long as order is placed before 3:30pm.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free delivery to Scottish Highlands and all offshore island addresses.
Scottish Highlands:
If you live in any of the postcode areas below you should select the 'Scottish Highland' delivery option at checkout. Failure to select the correct delivery option will result in a delay in the processing of your order.

The Next Day delivery option DOES NOT apply to the Scottish Highlands and all UK Islands.
