(iii)ARE NOT compliant to the relevant MIL-SPEC for the reasons identified in GIDEP E1R-P-22-01E, GIDEP E1R-P-22-02B, GIDEP E1R-P-22-03B all dated 11 Apr 2022.

Customer upon purchase, agrees that they will disposition the product(s) using relevant nonconforming material processes, including but not limited to obtaining DD1694 waivers where appropriate. The Customer also agrees to issue relevant notices to any third party that may receive this product, communicating the same content as listed in this waiver.
